Any information you provide will be solely used by LectureMate.co.uk and will not be disclosed to others except in order to process your payment and deliver your recorder. In case of a problem in processing your order this information will be used to contact you.

There has never been a case in which any of our consumers lost money as a result of fraudulent card use resulting from a breach of our security as data was transmitted over the Internet.

Refund Policy
Our refunds and exchange policy as outlined below does not affect your statutory rights.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days from the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid. When you send your item back to us we will process the returned item and notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund by the same method of payment originally used to purchase your order. Refunds will be processed within three weeks of our receiving your return. Please note that we are unable to refund the cost of postage and packaging and damaged returns may incur an additional charge.
If a fault occurs within 12 months from delivery we will offer a prompt repair service or exchange. Under such circumstances, where you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or faulty we will send a replacement to you within 7 working days of receiving the faulty item. We can only offer a refund for faulty items if the fault occurs and is reported within 30 days after delivery.
